HelpGazansNow reserves the right to delay the distribution of aid until more favorable conditions are present in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, transportation disruptions, logistical challenges, health pandemics, or any other events beyond the organization's control. In such cases, delays may exceed the initial 14 calendar days anticipated. In addition to force majeure events, HelpGazansNow will not be held responsible for delays due to legal restrictions, supplier issues, or significant operational challenges that prevent timely aid delivery. If, due to any circumstances, the organization is unable to fulfill its obligations within one year, a refund of the donated funds may be issued. This refund will be subject to the deduction of direct expenses incurred by the organization, which shall not exceed 50% of the donated amount. The cost of the food and water includes the items themselves, plus delivery and all associated expenses.
